When a block breaks across multiple pages/columns, should we repeat its top and bottom margins for each chunk? Or should only the first-in-flow get a top margin and only the last-in-flow get a bottom margin?
I think the latter, though perhaps margin collapsing makes that somewhat moot... To be specific, what layout will both proposals produce given a columnated (or split across pages) body with a single large paragraph of text inside it?
