license issues with icons

I was pointed to this forum from the NetBeans site
http://www.netbeans.org/license.html because they stated that the Sun Public
License was very similar to the Mozilla license.  Basically, my question is
that some of the icons available in NetBeans are much better quality that
what I could ever draw and I'm wondering if I can use those in a commercial
product that I am developing?  Does anyone have any information on this?
