Sending you here was quite disingenuous of them. We could help you
understand the license, but the real question is are these particular files
under the license? Obviously we can't answer that.
If they are, then do you have specific questions about the license? The
whole purpose is to allow folks to share the work, but there are
requirements in the license as well you will have to follow. Mainly making
sure the source you used (the images in this case) is publicly available for
a certain amount of time, and some notification requirements giving credit
to the source of those images.
