An LGPLed piece of software cannot, as far as I can tell, depend on 
MPLed code, but I see no reason why MPLed C or C++ code could not depend 
on LGPLed C or C++ code. In fact, Mozilla itself depends on GTK+ on X11 
platforms, which is why I find the attitude towards libart very strange.
