Custom headers support is essential ...
A simple version of "Filter By Example" would make 90% of list filtering
easier. Basically going through and working out which headers are in
common between multiple messages.
Bring back filter log ... it was occasionally useful.
And finally, please, please, please ... provide support for large
numbers of filters. I have around 120 rules and I keep getting more.
They can be hard to manage. To me this means:
- D&D Reordering of rules, including widget scrolling when you drag
outside.
- "Move To Start" and "Move To End" buttons to complement "Move To
Previous" and "Move To Next".
- Ability to select multiple rules and "Move To X" them.
- "Duplicate rule" action to quickly make a similar rule.
- N4 added new rules at the end. Moz seems to add them at the start.
Please add it at the selection. 1 before, 1 after, don't care which.
- Ability to structure filter rules hierachically, along with
collapsing. So for example I would have a Mozilla rule that dumped to
the Moz folder, but if it matched it would first check the subrules.
I think a lot of these don't exist in the Bugzilla. We should sync
numbers if one of us files these.
