Mozilla 0.7 unsent messages

I still cannot use the SEND LATER command. It stores the message in the 
"unsent messages" but when I ask to send, it goes for an unending 
"assembling mail" procedure and nothing starts.

I have to reopen and edit as new and when I'm on-line send directly.
