This is touched upon by the one of the GNKSA bugs -- there should be a
button for "followup" when reading news.
As for the mailinglist thing -- I really like Mac OE 5.02's handling of
mailing list (define a mailing list and then decide whether you'll be
responding to the group address or the individual addresses in
advance).
