Saving messages as html

There appears to be a fair amount of special-case code in libmime around
saving messages to files whose names contain ".htm".  Examining messages
that have been saved as HTML shows a bunch of Mozilla-specific markup.

I think this is a prime candidate for a featurectomy.  Would anyone
object if I removed the ability to save a message as HTML?
