Reason: "New" implies that we are creating an account (activation, 
etc.), but
really all we are doing is adding a pre-existing account to the account 
manager.

Changing this to Add Account is also the exact opposite of Remove 
Account, and
would be more correct.

So, this thread should be the discussion of the Move Up/Move Down 
buttons, and in general, that whole left portion that manages accounts.
