While I agree that the word "remove" is redundant in "Add Account" and "Remove
Account", I think that it is necessary in this case, to *accentuate* the fact
that you are talking about an entire account.
Otherwise the user might think that it does something innocuous, just like the
up and down buttons do (or will do, at least :-).
