I agree that "Add" is better than "New".  As I suggested in the bug, I
would also like to see "Add Account..." changed to "Add..." and "Remove
Account" changed to "Remove".  I think the fact that you are in "Account
Settings" makes it obvious enough what Add and Remove will do without the
extra word "Account", but it will also help save vertical space since
"Add..." and "Remove" buttons could appear next to each other instead of
vertical to each other.

Note: Move Up and Move Down (used to reorder accounts) are not currently in
the product, but will hopefully be sometime in the future, which makes
vertical space even more important.
