Forgive my ignorance but who is Asa?

We were dealing with scott putterman on this. The
problem is that changing the Address Book in Mozilla
means that the Commercial Tree and in particular the
AIM stuff needs to be tested. This testing is outside
of our control.

To be fair, this is a very big patch:
        http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17879

To land it would need resources. We agreed a little
too late in the process that the important thing to
do would be to ensure that no regressions were introduced.
The UI stuff to activate the LDAP/MAPI and Advanced Query
stuff which is covered in #83023 would be following later.

The real issue now is to ensure it does get it for 0.9.3
