Yes,I'm using Netscape 4.75(german) and Netscape 4.77(english),both
have"Quoted"within.
As far as I can remember Mozilla 0.9.1 has "Quoted" too.

Yes,I think so,too.
In german newsgroups usually answers should be "Quoted".When I answer
"Inline",they will beat me.
