Huh? Labels come under Filters which means that either you 'Filter' the message to
move it to a different folder or you 'Filter' the message to display as a different
colour. If you want to move a labelled message to a different folder, why did you
label it in the first place? Why not move it instead?
Thinking again though, if you want labels in subfolders (or folders
other than Inbox), then that mightbe something new and I am not sure if
the current 'Labels' draft includes that.
