when I try to post from Outlook Express --
which I wouldn't mind except that I am
having a great deal of difficulty posting
from Messenger until the problem posted in
another message is resolved.
If this is an attempt to keep people from
using MicroShit OE (if only when posting to
secnews.netscape.com), then it is very much
like ATT @Home cable internet service on
their tech support phone line -- constantly
pounding the caller with instructions to
use their website to request tech support,
when often the problem is inability to
access the internet (and their website
doesn't work, anyway).
Anyway, it looks like I am able to post here via
Messenger at this moment, though not to several
other newsgroups on secnews.netscape.com.
