This is one of the FAQs on my site and people ask me about it almost
daily - "Why isn't there ROT-13 support?". Whoever refused it should
listen to enduser complaints more. Or is it the same Netscape guy who
deactivated structured words in Netscape 6.x ("Structured words are too
complicated for Netscape 6 users. And btw ROT-13 is too complicated
also, I refuse the patch.")
