Maybe I shouldn't go here but hey, why not. IE 6 for Windows has *JUST* finished support for CSS1 and DOM1. It will probably be until 2008 before IE supports CSS2 and DOM2, since they are beating a dead rendering engine to death over there. Mozilla, on the other hand, supports CSS1, CSS2 (partially), and some new specs that may turn into CSS3.
