The site doesn't work because it detects Mozilla as a version of 
Netscape and thinks it supports document.layers, which it doesn't.  The 
page should switch from document.layers and document.all to 
document.getElementById('foo') and then all browsers would work fine, 
and you'd only have one script to keep up to date
