UTF-8 might be the easiest choice, but many mail/newsreaders out there 
might have compatibility problems with it. IMHO Mozilla should only use 
UTF-8 when it's absolutely necessary, while iso-8859-15 is more 
compatible and suffices for most (western) european lamguages.
