But I'm hardly EVER wrong.  I'm not wrong now - Mozilla Mail has 
a flaw that needs to be addressed.

Giving you guys a jolt of reality is ALWAYS helpful.  You tend 
to become too enthralled with the code, or a clever solution, or 
a new approach, and you seem to forget that PEOPLE are going to 
be using this product eventually, and PEOPLE don't want to have 
to outwit their software to make it do what they need.

Note that including the bit about faking the ID in the Help file 
would count as "addressing the problem."  

OR you could do what many other clients do and allow multiple 
aliases to have the same login info, which is a user-friendly 
solution in that it's what the user will try to do first.
