I received an email on 1/3/02 that i can't seem to delete. Just the one email, well now there are two, as someone replied to that email and the reply can't be deleted either. Are there any suggestions? Here's what i've tried already. I've right clicked and and tried using that delete method. I've highlighted and tried the delete button. When i try, the netscape symbol at the top right of the messenger window does the little star tracing "n" thing and the scrollbar at the bottom does it's diagonal movement thing and it just sits there. I get the message at the bottom that says, "moving 1 of 1 messages to trash" but it never moves. I've been trying to get rid of it since i received it. I'm running netscape 6.1 and mozilla 5.0. I do have anti-virus software checking messages so i know it's not a virus thing. The email does not have any attachments other than the fact that the entire email seems to be a link. This is the only email that i've ever had this problem with. I've also tried using "ctrl" and highlighting several emails with this one at the same time to delete. Same problem exists. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated it. Again. there has been no problem deleting other emails. everything else is working fine.
