Because you probably pasted a HTML <table> into the HTML composer, which 
can display it fine, but we don't have tabel support in the 
HTML->plaintext converter yet, unfortunatly. "You have been warned." :-) 
(Really - before the conversion of tables, there is a warning either way.)
