Well, I've found a problem with -15 in Mozilla. If you look in 
n.p.m.wishlist in the thread "Blind person needs relief" there is a post 
from "Grasso" in which the apostrophes in words like "can't", don't" 
etc. appear as an upper case Z with an umlaut when I have my charset set 
to -15 but appear as a single quote with -1.

The poster, although using a hotmail address, has a .de domain for his 
website so I guess he's using a German locale, and I have an English 
locale. Any idea why this is happening?
