I think you could try manually deleting Mozilla's shadow folder from your profile. It's probably called C:\Windows\Application Data\Mozilla\Default\<random>.slt\ImapMail\<server>\test In fact with IMAP you're probably safe to delete the entire ImapMail tree but only try that if you're really stuck!
