if you have IMAP you can delete the directories and account and create a 
new IMAP account for ISP and it should be back to normal.. If you have a 
pop3 account you could move all your mail to local folders and delete 
the system folders&files, and pop account and create a new one and it 
should work fine.. just get rid of, or move all your mail to local 
folders if its not saved on the mail-server.  That works everytime my 
IMAP account in netscape webmail acts goophy and does weird things..
