It depends on point of view. IMHO Communicators and now Mozilla are
convenient because frontend for mail and news is similar, but changes
according to current selection. Though let's assume, that 'Ctrl-M' is
only for mail (it is not actually). Should we use
'Ctrl-Alt-Win-Shift-N-M' for composing message in newsgroup? Short
ansver is located in menu 'Message', the first item, you can find.

Fortunately, Mozilla developers are very reasonable.
