Edit->Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings, click on the the name of the
mail/news account, check "Attach this signature:" and put the name of
the file containing the .sig in the edit box.
Note that Mozilla automagically adds the "-- " marker so you don't need
to include it inthe file.
