Yup. There I did it to get the line above. However to do it... 1. I copy the text I wanted, 2. HIt Reply; got the reply window, with *all* the text. 3. Deleted all the text. If I had the preference set to have it all already selected the delete key would do it nicely at this point. I had to select it all manually, then delete. 4. Hit Edit / Paste as Quotation; and there it is above. This is a bit clunky. What I would value would be the ability to ... 1. Select text that I want. 2. Hit button or hotkey for a menu item "Reply Quoting Selected Text". This would start my reply with the text I wanted pasted in and the cursor at the bottom for newsgroups, or the top for email. Simple. Useful.
