In the beginning I had, but I have it now changed to "Remove it
immediately" but Mozilla still tries to move the folders to the trash...

Well, that works if I un-mark "Show only subscribed folders" under
"Advanced IMAP Server Settings". Then it looks at what the server has. 
But then I also get several folders with system internal stuff.
But if I do mark it, collapse and expand again, I get the same folders,
which I have deleted with pine again!
