Found out how to "correctly" delete IMAP folders:
1. Do the folder delete with pine.
[2. Open Mozilla mail]
[3. Select one of the deleted folders and verify that it is deleted,
by looking at the error message.]
4. Select "Subscribe..." from the right-click pop-up menu.
5. Un-mark the folders that were deleted with pine and close the
dialog.
6. Those folders will not show up again.
Why then is there a "Delete Folder" item in the pop-up? ;-)
