Thanks for the suggestion. I just tried it, but unfortunately that wasn't it. I enlarged it to take over the entire screen (1024x768) and there was no hidden buttons or anything. :( I'm at my wit's end with this. I may try installing Mozilla on my wife's machine and see if I run into the same issue. If anyone else has any suggestions, I'm all ears! Chris
