On 05 Oct 2002, it is alleged that Mark Smith sauntered in to

Y'know, the problem increasingly seems not to be with Moz but with the way
you've mucked with it. Removing 'redundant' SMTP settings is pretty much a
sure way to get the problem you've described.

If you read what I'd written, you would've seen that you have to set the
SMTP server in the /account/. If you'd looked there, you'd see that the
SMTP server is missing and has been replaced with the query string, %s. It
is /here/ that you have to (re)set the SMTP settings -- the Outgoing Sever
(SMTP) preferences have nothing to do with it . . . unless you want to set
one server as default and then make an account use that default.

/b.
