What needs to be fixed and when is a pretty subjective thing. What is important to me may not matter to you at all, and vice versa. However, generally speaking, things that don't cause crashes or data loss have a much lower priority. This problem may annoy you, but if your ISP doesn't have problems with access, you might never even SEE it. I have, but very rarely.
