A couple weeks ago I put in a fix that made it so that bitmap fonts were
never scaled.
This allowed WarpSans to always display correctly, regardless of the
scaling on the page. It used to turn into Times New Roman.
This fix caused Tms Rmn and Helv to have the same behavior - a 24 point
Tms Rmn displays at 12 points because this is the largest bitmap Tms
Rmn.
Here's my question. For Tms Rmn and Helv ONLY, should I convert them to
Times New Roman and Helvetica respectively so that they can be scaled?
Or should they not be scaled because they are bitmap fonts.
Note that we are going to default the font to Tms Rmn, so things like
<H1> and <H2> look smaller than they should because of this.
