a) Pasted url from newsgroup in NS/2 4.61 into Warpzilla 2001922800,
pressed Enter.
b) "Save to disk" already selected in "Downloading" pop-up, pressed OK.
c) Xfile file selection dialog: navigated to my normal HPFS download
directory, pressed OK.
d) Download window closed PDQ ... Warpzilla continues to download while
the file selection is made, and I took a while since I'm updating this
as I go.
e) Opened command line, looked in the directory, the file is there:
3-17-01 9:56a 287722 0 uzs542x2.exe.
Maybe Xfile is somehow handling this and the standard OS/2 file
selection dialog is not, but if there were to be a problem, I'd expect
it to be Xfile which has the problem and the standard OS/2 dialog to
*not* have it. Xfile can be tried for 30 days or so (I've not looked at
the details recently) without being registered, so you can try it if you
wish.
