To get a clean install you have to delete the 'registry.dat' file
located where mozilla feels at home!

Do you have thhe "SET MOZILLA_HOME=" specified in your congig.sys?

Mine looks like this MOZILLA_HOME=D: and then mozilla makes this 
structure for the profile:

D:\Mozilla\Bin
D:\Mozilla\Profiles\myname\some.slt\
D:\Mozilla\registry.dat
