Believe I found the problem... SET MOZILLA_HOME=D:/APPS/OS2WEB .... changed this
setting to /APPS/0.9.4. Now when I start mozilla, the dialog pops up "Confirm
Migration" when I pick either convert or manage the app closes immediately... Sort
of remember this had to do with LIBPATH.... looking further into it.
