One system is running WSEB fixpack 1 w/ Matrox G400, Scitech DD beta43. XCenter
0.9.14, the other system is running ECS 1.0 on a T21 Thinkpad w/ S3 video, IBM
supplied thinkpad driver, XCenter 0.9.14. Same behavior, if XCenter options are set
to "Always on top" then any actions in mozilla's preferences panel, either "ok/cancel"
closes mozilla entirely.
