The Warpzilla installation has always been a 4 step process

        1-Delete previous version (recommended)
        2-Unzip
        3-Set environment variables
        4-Run

There is nothing broken in the installation... :) Please don't forget that
the Mozilla code is still beta and that daily (nightly) changes may not only
enhance certain functions but also temporarily break others.

If you have a drop that does not work, try downloading the one from the
night before or waiting for the next one.

Java and Mozilla under OS/2 are still trying to get along together. Once
more, I think it depends more on the drop than on anything else. AFAIK,
currently the Java plugin is only supported for the IBM branded version of
Mozilla (IBM Web Browser).
