4.3 is part of eCS. However, it is true I don't have the latest fix for TCPIP installed since I had no need for. It was to stop Traps with Injoy upon trying to redial, or some such thing. I'm on a cable connection, so it didn't apply to me. Of all the messages I've reviewed, no one seemed too worried about the TCPIP version. But I do have 4.3 installed. I even reinstalled it today just in case. The install saw Mozilla 9.7 as the IBM Web Browser, and it was selected.
