I'm using build 2001122123 and get the same behavior as you. However,
if I hold down the SHIFT key while clicking on the link everything works
as expected. In addition, a right mouse click will allow you to select
"Save Link As..." but apparently does nothing (at least for me ;-).

I am surprised.

A question for those *in the know*: Is there a reason Mozilla identifies
*.wpi as a web page, or should the page be saved to a file by default?
