Open download manager and delete the downloads. Download Manager is a pretty new thing and it's not even enabled by default anymore. http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=132755 I'm sure it will be implemented in the future. You can always modify mozilla src to delete the file on load and on exit.
