since your up in arms about it you might want to turn off the history feature as well. Also, you need an anonymizer service so no one knows it's YOU browsing the web...
Seriously, why are you so concerned with a log, etc created on your local system.. it's just as secure as your bookmarks or CONFIG.SYS file?!
