In order to reduce turbo mode memory use on Windows, they made it so
that when you are in turbo mode and you close the last window, Mozilla
actually closes and restarts itself.

This is because once you start opening Windows, memory isn't freed until
you close the app.

Question, should I do this on OS/2 or not worry about it?

Issue would be that on some slower machines, restarting Moz under the
covers would be very noticeable....

thanks

Mike
