What does "slower" mean?

I have a K6/2-550 w/ 256 MiB. Except when changing to a different
Mozilla build, Mozilla is virtually always running, so I've yet to try
the turbo option, and don't expect to. Also I use tabs, and very rarely
open more than one browser window.

Do people really care about turbo? I don't. I want bug 162387 fixed
yesterday. I can't use builds that don't have working bookmarks.
