This is very strange. Somehow chatzilla does not appear to be registered correctly.
Can you verify that you have a chatzilla.jar in your chrome directory? And can you unzip it and tell me what is in it? The error you are seeing is in this file: http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/extensions/irc/xul/content/chatzillaOverlay.xul#15 And the only thing that looks like it could be happening is maybe the JS file not being present.
