Michael, it is indeed VERY strange. After unzipping chatzilla.jar to some temp dir and finding everything to be OK, I started mozilla 1.1 again (for the 5th time since installing 1.1 GA) to see, if chatzilla was really disfunctional. Guess what... Everything was working 100% perfectly. Nothing wrong anymore!! :-)) I don't know what went wrong the last couple of times, I'll keep you updated if the probelm re-occurs, for now it seems to be cured, even if I don't know how...
