That's what I figured.  But since I see repeated advice to put something
in one, why isn't it already in there?  Kind of like needing
mozfold.cmd, but having to copy it over every time you install a nightly
- assuming you follow the common advice to remove everything before
installing a nightly.  I see no logic in an argument not to have it in
the nightlies if you're supposed to delete everything.
