I don't understand what system menu you are speaking.  Ctrl-esc bring up 
the active window list, shift-f10 brings up the desktop menu, alt-tab 
brings up another application.  There is a whole list of default key 
combinations that do things.  See the Warp 3 User Guide for the complete 
list.  On my machine alt-space brings up the application menu, the same 
as left mouse button clicking on the mozilla icon on the top left of the 
application screen.
