OTOH, the lack of Mozilla 1.0 encumbers evang. Some people have an
attitude that they won't fix their site for a browser that is in eternal
beta and they only care about released browsers. I have been faced with
that attitude--and the site was even a site for another open-source
project.

Parity with Mac IE (without its bugs :-) would be extremely cool.
However, that's probably not a realistic requirement.

Would be good if Composer created Standards mode pages and not Quirks
mode pages.

I'd consider fixing the line break / paragraph break behavior a 1.0
requirement.

Frames are deprecated and user-unfriendly. Not supporting them is, IMO,
not at all a bad thing.

Not very useful without editing support for other XML-based stuff like
Ruby or MathML.
